Please Note: Notary form requirements are being strictly enforced. Any notary form with a blank field, improperly filled out, or older than 6 months will be rejected, no exceptions.
Process:
- Enter an email address to receive important updates and confirmation emails regarding your Central Registry Expungement Request
- Get back into your Central Registry Expungement at any time once you’ve started by following these steps:
- Go to the Portal https://ecmp.nebraska.gov/DHHS-CR/
- Click the tile called Continue Expungement Request/View Results
- Enter your Expungement # and 4 digit PIN
- If you are using a cell phone to complete your request, do not accept calls, text messages or emails while completing the request as you may get kicked out of the request and lose your progress.
